We offer EMDR intensives.

EMDR Therapy Intensives offer a focused and intentional way to engage in deeper healing work. Instead of the traditional weekly therapy model, intensives allow for extended sessions that create continuity, momentum, and space to thoughtfully work through experiences that feel stuck or overwhelming.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain and nervous system reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel as activating or intrusive. In an intensive format, this work can feel more contained and cohesive, allowing you to stay connected to the process without repeatedly starting and stopping.

Despite the name, EMDR Intensives are not about rushing or pushing through healing. Sessions are designed to feel calm, supportive, and grounded. Your safety, comfort, and pace always come first, with time built in for regulation, reflection, and integration throughout the process.

Each EMDR Intensive is personalized to your needs and goals. Together, we’ll determine a structure that feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned with what you’re hoping to work through.

Sessions range from 80 minutes up to full-day (6-hour) intensives and can be offered in two flexible formats:

  • Extended, ongoing sessions: Longer sessions scheduled more frequently over time, allowing for deeper work while maintaining consistency and support.

  • Short-term intensive format: A set number of extended sessions over a concentrated period (typically three to five days), offering a focused container for immersive healing.

Both options prioritize pacing, nervous system regulation, and collaboration. We’ll decide together what format feels like the best fit for you.
