Meet Lindsay

Hi there, I’m Lindsay, a Licensed Associate Counselor with a strength- based, integrative approach to therapy. Having been on a self- healing journey for the past decade, I understand the importance of a trusted companion who offers support and a place of peace during life’s transitions. I believe deeply in the signs our bodies show us and in healing through activities that spark joy, such as creative arts, caring for animals, and movement. Join me on the road trip as we discover the worth you inherently hold. You’ll be the driver, and I’ll be alongside you holding the map.

My Approach

I specialize in life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, and attachment. I work with individuals and couples, focusing on existing strengths, while working to build applicable, client tailored coping skills. I believe in co- creating a space where you feel comfortable enough to share and discover.

Together, we’ll establish personalized goals while delving into the issues that led to your therapy journey. Drawing on my experience in DBT, my primary goal is to assist you in cultivating mindful habits, refining emotional regulation, increasing distress tolerance, and enhancing interpersonal effectiveness. Through our collaborative efforts, we’ll navigate your path to growth and well- being, fostering lasting positive change.
