Meet Lillie

I specialize in helping women, mothers, and couples find balance and peace. With a strong foundation in EMDR, attachment therapy, and somatic story work, I offer tailored approaches that align with your unique needs. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, one where your vulnerabilities become your strengths, empowering you towards lasting change and well-being.

My Approach

If you're a woman, a mother, or part of a couple, and you're seeking transformative healing, you're in the right place. I bring a holistic approach to therapy, rooted in EMDR, attachment theory, and somatic story work. But what does that mean for you? It means we'll go beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the deep connections between your mind, body, and emotional well-being.

With an empathetic touch, I'll help you turn life's vulnerabilities into opportunities for growth and resilient connections. Together, we'll chart a course that honors your unique history and sets the stage for meaningful, lasting change. Ready to start this journey? I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

A quote I love:

“Grief and love are sisters, woven together from the beginning. Their kinship reminds us that there is no love that does not contain loss and no loss that is not a reminder of the love we carry for what we once held close.”
